Orders will be shipped according to the products "estimated delivery" timeline. These are estimations, and can vary from said dates. Custom orders will vary in delivery times and customer will be notified. Shipping costs are based on best rates available to Driven Sport. Due to the size and weight of some of the products "Dock to Dock " delivery method is used as it is the most economical for the customer. All shipping is sent ,"standard ground" via customers regional carriers.
- New Merchandise (not washed, worn, unopened in its original box state), suitable for resale, may be returned for exchange or refund within 14 days of purchase. All returns must be in original packaging, with all tags, accompanied with proof of purchase and subject to a 15% restocking fee. We reserve the right to refuse items for returns or exchanges if there is evidence the product has been used or damaged/tampered with. For hygienic reasons protective cups, compression shorts/pants, mats, stability balls, gloves, heart rate monitor and other product deemed hygienically sensitive product cannot be returned. All returns and exchanges will be at the discretion of Driven Sport. Floor/Demo model items sold are final sale.
- Defective Products - 30 day guarantee against manufacturer’s defects. If you experience an issue with this time period please contact us . Any defective products outside this time period are reviewed on a case by case basis. Driven Sport reserves the right to request the return of defective merchandise for inspection.
- Unsatisfied with Product - If for any reason you find our product unsatisfactory, you may return the product within 14days of receipt for a refund or credit towards another purchase. Please note that all returns or exchanges will be at the discretion of Driven Sport, and a 15-50% restocking fee (Made to order products are subject to 50% restocking fee) to the customer will be applicable. Please contact us for all returns or exchanges.
- Demo / Floor Model / Used Item - All product is deemed "SOLD AS IS". Product will be sold in working/functioning condition. Cosmetic damages will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
- Return or Exchange Shipping Costs - With the exception of shipping errors, damages or defective products, all shipping costs to return or exchange the product is the responsibility of the customer.
A minimum 24 hours’ notice of cancellation required. Notification in person, via email, or telephone, will be accepted subject to confirmation in writing. There is a 15% charge to cover any subsequent administrative and restocking expenses.
